The Metolius Upshot Belay Glasses let you watch your climber without looking up the whole time. And the main upshot, you no longer have neck strain on belay. Their prism lenses have a sharper angle than other belay glasses to help you keep a keen eye on climbers when they’re high up. The temples have a sporty style, and the nose pads are compatible with glasses and sunglasses. Metolius included a lanyard, hard case, and cloth to clean the lenses.
